PE registration, fall classes, and FYRE
PE registration for the first quarter of fall semester opens Wednesday, August 31, at 8 a.m.
The first day of fall classes is Wednesday, September 7, and Registration Day is Tuesday, September 6.
First Year Residence Exchange (FYRE) opens Sunday, August 28, at 12 p.m. and closes on Wednesday, August 31, at 2 a.m.
The last day to waive MIT Student Extended Insurance Plan for the 2016-2017 academic year is Thursday, September 15.
