Ellie Montemayor

Ellie Montemayor is The Tech's current Publisher. With almost eight years of experience in student journalism, Ellie holds many roles within the organization from acting as the production editor, social media editor, and entertainment editor to producing content for arts and photography. She had her start in broadcast journalism and moved into more print-centered roles after starting high school, heading the arts and entertainment section in her high school newspaper and working as a news writer in her county student newspaper. This is Ellie's second year in The Tech, having served as the production editor in 2023.
